I bought very expensive shoes from myntra discount. They were delivered in a broken box although shoes inside were good. I requested a return within 1-2 days of delivery due to size issues since we have unusual big and wide foot.
Myntra refused the accept return of the unused shoes the since price tag was not there on the shoes but the box has the price tag. However, my issue is that i am returning in the same condition and with same tags as i received. They delivered in a bad box and with one tag missing... Why should the customer be penalized.
I have called their customer support many times, sent emails and sent photos. But they continue to not accept the return. Was this information helpful? |
