I am highly disappointed with the myntra's service. I have recently ordered 3 items (Order no[protected]-4702903) out of which 2 items i need to return as i didn't liked it much on wearing but i can't.
There is recent points stupidity introduced which i clicked unaware of the exchange/return block.
Calling customer care did not helped at all! I got an answer this is company's policy, nothing can be done now. Is this the way you give service to your customers? Creating confusion due to new features? And not helping the customer? Why can't you revert the points and allow me to return/exchange.
I also work in software industry and i understand whenever new features are added, customer do face problems and mistake happens and you should have a resolution to correct it
