I had to pants to return to myntra, a myntra rep visitis my place, shows the details of the return products to my mom & picks them up. I later get a notification from myntra that the pick up failed due to an internal error & i should rescheule it. I call the customer care & lodge a complain. They get back after a few weeks stating that the refund cannot be processed as the items were not received by them.
The concern is - how did my myntra shopping/returns details reach someone who was not authorised to pick them up? Isn't that a major security issue? They say i should have a return receipt that would be on a sms, which takes sometime to get updated. So how am i to trust any rep from myntra going forward?
Surprisingly the customer care has no answer to this & their escalaiton person just hangs up! Time to uninstall the app i presume!? Was this information helpful? |
