As a regular customer i have bought many underwear before but this time i bought an underwear from soul space in myntra. The size chart provided under this specific company is wrong and because of this i bought two underwear with one size extra. I am only requesting for an exchange rather than a return. If i were responsible for this i wouldn't really file a complaint so please consider this. The product is strictly unused. Sir, I megha kumbhare ordered products of amount 7000/- and returned the product of rs 6133/- even though I have done a cash on delivery I paid through credit card. Now the amount is credited as myntra credits. I want my amount to be credited in my bank account. I have send email to them but no response. Can you please help. Mobile no [protected]

It didn't ask me twice before proceeding and I mistakenly added my refund amount to myntra credits. I want it back in my bank account asap.
