My order is delayed from one month and they are not letting me even cancel the order.
My money is stuck with the company for a month without any explanation. They have ensured I can't reach to anyone to senior management -- all case managers ask 48hrs each from last 30 days
I am not able to reach their supervisor - they blatantly have said - "We are the end point - we won't compensate you or can't return your money". No body sends any email as it can be tracked back, Was this information helpful? |
