I had ordered (Order #[protected]-2363803
) a "Bitiya by Bhama Girls Maroon & White Printed Basic Jumpsuit" from Myntra app on 19th Jan 2022. The order was placed for the delivery along with another order to the same address. The latter got cancelled on the app citing the reason as "Inability to deliver to location". Shortly, the first order delivery status was updated as "delivered". Neither have I received the order nor was any communication made by the delivery partner regarding order delivery status. Despite my multiple attempts at raising the issue in Myntra, the complaint status kept getting updated as " Issue resolved and closed" without any attempts at communication with me or explanation on how and why the issue was resolved. Finally, my call was forwarded to the supervisor and she said nothing can be done now as the order was apparently delivered (for which they also had no proof to corroborate the word of the delivery agent). So not only did I suffer monetary loss and no delivery of the said item, but I was also not issued any compensation. Such a blatant disregard for the customer's complaint and flagrant violation of the company's apparent claims of trustworthiness was the least expected from an established company like Myntra. This incident has forced me to never use their services and to also discourage my friends and family from ever shopping on Myntra ever again. Was this information helpful? |
