I am writing about disagreement on your policy regarding delivery charges applicable on account using extra return.
I understand myntra's policy that they have made this for the customers giving better service but i would say it is totally unfair with the customer like me who purchase frequently from your website.
Due to some circumstances my replaced/returned items were more in one month which could be against your return policy but you can check my account from last few years and compare how many items i have purchased/return. You will find purchased more.
I think your automation system is totally dumb, i am a good developer and would like to give you suggestion please applicable this but on those who is really talking benefit of your return policy. Was this information helpful? |
