Sir,
I am sorry to say that I have ordered a red trolly bag from you but it was not delivered to me without any specific reason. While You have written delivery attempt failed, I have called your coustomer care officer stating clearly that no delivery attempt was made by calling my registered mobile number nor by knocking my door. So I have requested your coustomer care officer not to cancel my order in the pretext of delivery attempt failed. But he assured that it will not occurred as it is already in shipped condition and will be delivered by 8 th july. But unfortunately, it has been cancelled today as delivery attempt failed.
Now, I raise my complaint against this nuisance and want my product back in same price range as I had ordered it in discounted price.
