I placed two orders on June 20 and June 21, 2019. I have already made the payment for sneakers (please see attachment). My jeans was on a cash on delivery basis. And I was supposed to get both the items on June 25, 2019. However, one week has passed and I still haven't received my items. In fact I do not even have any updates regarding the new delivery date.
I kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible, else I would not think twice before knocking the doors of the consumer court.
