It's is a well known fact that today is the time for online shopping. And the big online websites give offers, discounts and above all the return facility. If there's no return facility why customers will go for online shopping and have their money stuck in products which are of no use to them after getting delivered, with respect to the quality... Fitting etc.. Once the market is captured, now some of these online shopping websites have started playing games... The biggest one is start putting delivery charges to all the orders even if they exceed min free delivery purchase.
The reason cited will be to 'too many returns'..
My question is if we will not return, what to do with that product which is bad quality, or not fitting... They give a simple answer that this is our policy.. Which comes all of a sudden..
My request is to please find a way out.. Otherwise the only one who is getting benefited from this is the website and not the customers... It is a kind of cheating people... Was this information helpful? |
