Myntra.com — unresponsive support team regarding return of a product

I had ordered shoes from myntra and later, placed a return request as they didn't fit me well. The pickup executive arrived the same day but at the time i didn't have the shoe box with me. So i asked him to come back the next day. However, he placed my return request on hold, which required me to contact the support team to reschedule the pickup. I have been calling them ever since then (5 times until now) and they say that they will get back on the request in 24 hours but they never respond. I need help in getting the return through.
