Myntra.com — Urgent Escalation::Wrong product received but exchange cancelled

Dear Team,
I have been following up with you from Last 15 days for my exchange.
I have ordered indo era green colour kurti of S size then I requested for exchange of M size but I rec'd wrong product of different color and size.
Then why my request has been cancelled revert on urgent basis.
