Myntra.com — used product received

I had ordered a kook and keech sweatshirt from myntra. Order no:[protected]-6082901 and returned it cz it looked like a used one and there are black spots on the white print.
But they rejected my product return request saying fails quality check.

I have been a very genuine and loyal customer of myntra since more than 6 yrs.
But they are playing with the customers.

I dont want to keep that used and defective product with me and needs refund of the same.
