I have ordered a Kurta in Myntra and received it on Nov 11th.but I am not satisfied with the quality of the design work in that Kurta but the cloth material was pretty good.
I have placed a return request on Nov 12 th and the delivery associate has picked up the product on Nov 13th.
But that delivery has updated the status as return failed as customer asked to reschedule it
I don't know why that guy did a fraud like that even after received my product.
So, I have contacted Myntra support .They asked me to wait till Nov 21st. And today they have changed the product status as Return rejected as quality check failed.
Will i get my money back or if I get the same kurta, that is also fine for me. Was this information helpful? |
