This is regarding my recent purchase women's Black love patent solid flatform sneakers.
Two times I tried to return it but my return is being rejected with a remark that it did not pass quality check. When I called customer care I seriously did not like the way the conversation went.
I was informed that my product has been rejected during quality check as there was a stain on shoes but soon after receiving them back I checked and there is "no stain at all".
Secondly, It was also told to me that the shoes where sent in sealed and pristine condition to me but still my return is being rejected though It was sent same way like how I had received them so "basically it claims that the product was not being sent to me in pristine condition because if it did than my return would have not been rejected".
Thirdly, when I spoke on customer care number they where giving different reasons for rejecting my return and confused with what reply to give me when I said there is no stain at all and I have uploaded photos as well. Later I was told my "shoes are being rejected as I did not return them within 3 days. Which policy on Myntra claims that return should be done within 3 days"??
There is no proper quality check done. Return items are being rejected without conducting proper check and customer service is very bad compared to other companies as team Myntra is not ready to help nor ready to talk.
It will be really kind enough if my voice is been understood and I'm granted with a return request as soon as as possible as I need immediate action on my return policy by picking it up. Was this information helpful? |
