[Resolved] Myntra.com — want my refund in bank account

I have purchased one item from myntra.Today dilvery person come to pick the return product I asked the person for my refund he said my Money will be refund in my bank account but they have not taken my bank account information so I called customer care to know about my refund and they said me that I have chosen Myntra credit balance I requested them many a times to change the mode of refund but they said it is not possible.i wrongly choose this Myntra credit mode.with that credit balance I try to purchase one another product but the price is 92 rupees more than the credit balance so I choose payment cod(cash on delivery) mode but cod is above 299 but my product price is 1692 my credit balance is 1600 .I choose debit card payment but still I get problem in making payment because of server .then called again to thier customer care they told me took screenshot of server problem flashing on my phone but the message disappear within a second I called them again to tell about screenshot problem they told to talk to bank account then i told them to give my money in my bank account they cut the phone without responding to my problem.please help me to get my money back in my bank account.
