I had purchased a del mondo shoes online on myntra costing 2526. The sole of the shoe is wearing out gradually. I want to claim the warranty as the product was received by me on 12th july. I mailed the condition and details of the shoe to the shoe brand and they responded to claim the warranty directly to the purchasing site. Please expedite the issue

I have returned it on 20th of october but refund has not been initiated till today...tried calling different complaints helpline number ..problem didn't resolved.
