Hi. My request was rejected by Myntra. I ordered white shoes from kook n keech via Myntra. When I received the product the product was not up to the mark, the quality I was expecting was not there. So I applied for the return on the same day within 2 to 3 hours, the the product quality was as it is it came with and all the tags were intact, and in the same packaging it came with.
But when the delivery guy came he denied to take the return stating it did not pass the quality check and you can contact the customer care for the same.
When I contacted the customer care they put my return on hold and then came with the reason that the product did not pass the quality check without stating any reason that why it did not passed quality check.
So I applied for the return again. This time when the delivery guy came he accepted the product and took it with him. And the Myntra stated that they will refund the amount after the product passes the quality check. But within one day they gave me a notification that the product did not pass the quality check and they are reshipping the product .
Now when I am trying to contact the customer care and Myntra they are not even giving me any option to contact them for the same product and my issue.
Very disheartening that the seller has sended a very bad quality of product and now they are not even accepting the return.
Also the Myntra is not giving any option to contact the customer care to resolve the issue of this product.
I want my refund back as I am very much sure that the product was not used and I retured the product with the same quality with all the tags intach, I do not want to waste my money on such a bad quality of product. Was this information helpful? |
