Myntra.com — Why should customers pay ?

I ordered Bodycare briefs 96 CM, which on the site, under their size chart, is wrongly described as 3XL. The 3XL is 105 CM according to the brand size chart. I'd a word with a lady at customer care, then the executive, then the supervisor none of them were ready to file my complain and exchange or refund.

All they had to say was, the product is not returnable or you ordered 3XL so you got 3XL.

Why should the customer pay for the mistake done from their end? It's neither the customer's fault not the brands'. They should be careful while providing the description to the customers. ahom

They gave me the time till 18th June, to resolve the issue. On 18th June, I received a call asking for 2 more days.

I hope, this time, they either refund or exchange the item, as an apology.
