After receiving the courier and opening the package i found that the earphones and its charging case was missing from the box. The only item in the box was extra earbuds. Soon after receiving the product within 5 minutes i lodged a complaint about this to myntra and they said that they will return with a resolution. After more than 15 days of chasing them for resolution, they came back saying that product was dispatched from there warehouse and it's not there fault now. I have already made the payment and now they are neither returning my money nor providing me the product. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

It's been more than 10 days and still I haven't received my refund. They are saying that they have initiated the refund but I dnt where it gone. Worst app . Why it is showing refund processed.? I haven't received my refund.

Ordered for 3 products.. paid amount in myntra..
by mistakenly cancelled the order.. so as per policy i should get the refund for 3 products, , til now i got refund only for one product.. please do something

I have ordered 2 Kurtis on June 3, delivery date is on 18th june, i didn't receive the delivery till date, payment was done, tried calling customer care assured clearance in 3 days yet no word from them, this is pure negligence on part of myntra.hate it

its stooped working after few months.

Purchase Date: 18 Dec 2018

I am not able to find any direct contact no or mail id to contact Manufacture, and Myntra also not helping me out.
