I ordered a Biba kurta set in Myntra and recieved it on 12th june .As im having fitting issues i had returned the product back in 20mins and next it was collected by the executive with complete veritifaction of intact tags and required things.On that evening i recieved a message saying it was failed in quality check and the product will be reshipped back to me .As i contacted customer care initially they asked to wait 48 hrs and later again for next 4days ..its been a week now and there no update on it.its really disgusting playing with customer emotions and time
