I recently got a watch from myntra.
Order ID[protected]-3524403.
The order was delivered on March 1 and I was out of town till April 5. Now after using the watch for just 5 days it's not working, I have paid nearly 1300 bucks for it. Didn't pay that much for a watch to work for just five days. I hope myntra will take accountability for the same and not disappoint it's customers as we buy products from myntra thinking they are quality ones. If they are selling something shouldn't they be responsible for it.. The customer care ppl are lethargically responding and not understanding the customer situation, I haven't raised a issue after two or six months. Was this information helpful? |
