Myntra.com — (wrong duplicate product received from myntra)

Sub: Order no.[protected]-1339103, MYNTRA IN COLLUSION WITH FRAUDULENT SELLER DENIED REPLACEMENT FOR DELIVERY OF DUPLICATE ITEM TO ME.

I placed the above order bearing order no.[protected]-1339103 for a product I.e. Fossil silver-Toned Q Exploris Touchscreen Smart Watch FTW4000, Size: ONESIZE said the product was delivered to me on 30/05/19 The fraudulent Myntra seller sent me the Duplicate product, the said unboxing video is recorded by me which I have sent to myntra via email to which they are denying that they didn't receive any video.

In pursuance of the said complaint Myntra asked for time for resolving the issue within 72 hours. After a period (72 hours) lapsed I called again and I received the same excuses that we will solve your problem within 24 hours. and it's been almost 12 days till now i have been following up with myntra on the same.

When I asked for a replacement I was given a lame excuse that we will solve the issue as early as possible. I would like to inform you that the said watch is not original and it is a duplicate copy. I ordered the smartwatch which is a touch screen and I received the watch which is analog and sticker on it of the smartwatch. Hence your statement is of no help to me. At the time of delivery, I was promised that I can get a replacement or refund of my money. However, now you have committed a breach of trust. You in collaboration with your fraudulent seller and courier partners have committed fraud on me. You are under moral as well as legal obligation to give me a refund of my money. Cases of fraud by your sellers are on rising and I understand that you are not interested in customer satisfaction but only in cheating Indian customers.

I would like to inform you that I immediately want a refund of the amount of rupees 17648/- (rupees Seventeen thousand Six hundred and Forty-Eight only) paid by me on 30/05/2019 along with additional compensation for causing loss and mental agony to me. Terms of service also provide that you should deliver the brand new product in working condition and not a duplicate product. You have committed a breach of commitment made to me at the time of placing order and money consideration paid by me. Kindly take your duplicate product and arrange a refund of money at the earliest. This is the final notice to you. Kindly note that if I this issue is not resolved immediately I will be forced to publish said unboxing video of your duplicate product on social media and also print media.

I have similar issue, I'll also log a complaint.. I'm waiting for 72 hours of their commitment.. they already have an excuse of 72 hrs after 24hrs..
