June 28 order placed, received shoe instead of pants
Contacted customer care and no updates for details sent.
Its extremely difficult process to talk to customer care people, line is always busy. There is no chat. I called many times, complaint logged and no one get back.
Wrong items are sent. I ordered a pants and i got shoes. Problem is customer care. Its very difficult, there is no proper email id. I tried posting a customer complain, that page does not work. There is no phone number to talk to customer representative. There are so many menus when we dial in customer care. And in website, order history, there is no proper option to choose to raise a complaint.
Then finally i called customer care, they asked me to send all details but after that no one contacted. Was this information helpful? |
