On 7th april 2019 ordered a men's jeans from a brand available in myntra and paid via debit card. On 10th, package was delivered. After opening the package, i found a ladies dress instead of the jeans. Raised a return request from the app under the section "received a different product". 2 days later when the person came to pick up the product, he denied to accept the product as the image of the product to be received by him is still of a jeans, and he said to contact customer care and pre-approve the return request so that he has the image of the product received by me. Called myntra, "customer care champion" said that i have to wait till this return request is expired and then call again to pre-approve the request. Did exactly that. On 19th the return request expired and i waited till 22nd if myntra takes any action by themselves based upon my complaint. Nothing happened. Called on 22nd and mentioned clearly to the customer care person that this has to be pre-approved so that the pick up person gets the image of the wrong product received. Generated a return request through their end. Today the pick up person arrived and again the problem persists, he has the image of the jeans and again denied to accept the product. This is harassment and unacceptable. If this way the return period expires then i'll have to take harsh actions. Was this information helpful? |
