This is regarding order no[protected]-4754403. I ordered for a Peter England Casuals Men Khaki Skinny Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Stretchable Jeans. But upon receiving the product I found out that the seller had sent me a different product by mistake. The product I received was a Peter England Slim Fit Shirt. Please note that I ordered for a JEANS but received a SHIRT. Kindly find the attached pictures of the wrong product in the attachments.
I placed a return request FOUR times stating wrong product received as the reason. My return pickup was attempted on 20 November 2020, 25 November 2020, 2nd december 2020. Every time my pickup was rejected by the pickup guy. He said that the picture of the return product given to him(on his phone) for verification was that of the Jeans. However since my parcel contained a shirt instead, he wont be able to take it.
I called the customer care several times and got zero help from them.Even two person from their "Escalation supervisor team" Mr Vishal and Ms Sukdiv called me and assured me that my product would be picked up.But the same problem gets repeated everytime; the pickup guy comes and says your product doesn't match with my image on my phone and hence I wont pick it up.Whenever I raise a complaint the complaint gets cancelled within 3-4 days without resolving my problem.(Complaint id: IN[protected], IN[protected], IN[protected].
