Myntra.com — Wrong product delivered and return rejected

I ordered adidas orginals shoes (
Order Number:[protected]-4819401 ) n the parcel was delivered next day but the product received was wrong .. a return req was generated n the item was picked up but then my return request was rejected and no refund was initiated from myntra
