Myntra.com — Wrong product delivered but can't accept

I ordered pink and orange saree but they delivered totally different saree, received purple saree. Now they are neither giving me return nor exchange. While I am an old customer. Myntra do not trust the customer. Whenever I call, give a new date. Please help me... I want to refund my money... They feel that the customer has no work except to follow them..This is not acceptable very frustrating
