I ordered a Black Tommy Hilfiger wallet from Myntra. I instead received a different product in a different color. I put the product on return and registered the complaint 3 times, but the each time the customer service marked the issue as resolved saying they cannot return the product as they had shipped the correct product according to their investigation.
It is not the customers fault if the packaging outside says black but the product inside is instead brown.
I asked them to connect to a senior person who can handle such issues but they did not call back or listen to what happened from me. They just marked the issue as solved saying we cannot return the product.
Extremely bad customer service. They have pre written scripts which they say to every customer.
I have completely lost trust from online shopping and will never order from Myntra again. I will also spread this to other potential buyers bcz this is not expected behaviour from a website like myntra. You do not mark the issue as solved without even knowing the grievance of the customer.
You can collaborate with multiple brands but nothing will work if your customer service is degraded. Perhaps recently a lot of people are experiencing the same issue with Myntra.
I will be expecting a refund of the product from the website along with a apology note for their extremely unprofessional behavior. Was this information helpful? |
