I ordered Dressberry white sneakers on Myntra on 9th April. But they sent me Invictus brown mens shoes . I have raised 10-12 complaints with Myntra customer care to help me by either pickup/ replacement/. refund of the product but they have not at all helped me here.
I call them every 2-3 days since one month.
Initially they mentioned that the pickup approval has been done from Myntra side but when deliver boy came at my doorstep for pickup he used to say that he hasn't received any approval from the vendor side. This happened for 10-15 days . Every time I had to call Myntra and wait on hold for long hours then the pickup request used to get scheduled but was never successful.
Further I escalated this issue with every customer care representative but they again said we have approval but again delivery boy said he hasn't got approval.
Since last 2 days this issue went to case manager and they had done a re-investigation in which they had some quality check from the vendor and some footage of what product was sent to me, they themselves concluded that the claim could not be approved and the product that was sent was correct.
But this is wrong. I am still suffering with wrong product. The vendor has mislead Myntra. I have received wrong product at my end. And I want refund at the earliest or be replaced by correct product.
Now Myntra says that they cannot help me any further as claim is declined by case manager. They say that there is no further process.
My desirable resolution is to get refund of the product.

2). Invoice generated on Myntra app when I placed order on 9th April.
