I placed a prepaid order on Myntra website worth Rs 2018. There were three products included in that order. I received a delivery packet on 8th June.
When I open the delivered packet I saw that the product I have received is entirely different from the one I ordered. I therefore immediately called the delivery executive and informed him about the same. He told me to call company customer support and so I did that and immediately called Myntra customer support and informed them about the issue. They acknowledged my issue and told me that they have opened a case for "Wrong Product Delivered" and will get back to me with a resolution. I followed up with them they again gave same reply to me and told that they will get back to me on 13th June.
No one ever get back to me. Since 8th June am calling Myntra customer support explaining them same issue repeatedly. I am neither provided with my ordered product nor I am returned with my money.
Many time these support executive cut on-going calls abruptly. Many time they pick up the call me but no one speaks from the other end.
To avoid calls(verbal communication) I then created a case on Myntra website with "Write to us" option. In this added details of the complete issue faced by me. I wrote the entire details of this episode. This morning they had deliberately deleted only that chat where I had documented all the details. Queries that I had raised before and after it are still there only that query is deleted.
