Placed an order with Myntra 5th of June 2019 vide order no[protected]-3300901.
Out of the 7 items ordered, 2 items delivered on 7th june’19 were wrong products . On calling customer care on 7th itself, they sent a mail to me asking for the details of the wrong products delivered. I responded to the mail with all the details on 7th itself and also spoke to the customer care who assured me of receiving the mail and a solution to be provided with in 72 hrs. and asked me to return the wrong product. I placed the return request on 8th June and the person who came to pick up the return refused to take the product back as the product was not matching as he had the details of the product I had actually ordered. I got a mail from myntra saying return rejected due to quality issues; whereas the packet is lying as it was delivered Again called the customer care on 9th June and told the whole situation again. They asked me to wait for 48 hrs. to resolve the problem.

On 11th again I called up and spoke to the senior as well, I was assured that my complaint has been escalated and will definitely get a solution in 24 hrs. I called up again 13th and was asked to wait for another 24 hrs and the same happened on 14th. With no solution.
They are neither accepting the return of wrong product and hence not sending the refund nor delivering the product ordered. This is sheer carelessness and harassment to the customer. Still waiting for some solution. It’s a shame on Myntra to cheat customers . Was this information helpful? |
