I ordered H&M Men Maroon Hooded Sweatshirt on 22/11/2020(All oder details given below)
When I opened the box it was not the product I ordered, It was a 2 Tights pack. I never ordered this product, Even in the invoice it was mentioned H&M Men Maroon Hooded Sweatshirt. I contacted Myntraa within few minutes after delivery through the Myntraa website help center and opened an issue with a detailed explanation and product images. Myntraa customer care agent replied he will update by 25/11/2020.
But Myntraa closed my issue on 25th without any intimation or reason for closing the issue. When I contacted Myntra through the customer care number regarding this they told me they didn't find any issues in their investigation and informed it will be reinvestigated later.
Question to Myntra- why is an investigation required when I have sent all the proof with images,
and from the images that i sent can't you see it's not a Sweatshirt. Hope your customer care agents can differentiate between a Hooded Sweatshirt and Tights.
