I had ordered three ishin dresses as follows:
1. Yellow floral dress
2. Women Orange Schiffli Pure Cotton
3. Yellow Ethinc Motifs embroided.
Out of the three dresses ordered mentioned above against Order ID : 1217130 [protected], Surprisingly None of them got delivered. Instead some other product was delivered which i had not ordered. After this i had raised a complaint on the Myntra App on 14/10/2022 but no revert was received. On 15/10/2022 i called on customer care and i was told we are working on your request but still nothing has been done from your end. I have sent multiple emails on [protected]@myntra.com but no revert has been received. On 16/10/2022, I was shocked to see that you had cancelled my order without my consent and initiated the refund. I had again put an email stating that i never asked for refund instead i had only asked for delivering the product that I had paid for as mentioned in the message above but still no revert has been received. Today on 16/10/2022, i had called customer care and spoke to Shweta and Aditi who could not provide me with any proper response and kept saying we are looking into the matter. Also, they had kept my call on hold for good 15 minutes each. After wasting my time I was given an answer that we are processing your refund and are sorry for the inconvenience. To this i had again replied, ”I don’t want any refund, Just deliver the correct product that i paid for”. In response, i was again asked said that we are processing your refund and you can order the same product again. However, I can’t do that right now as the size is not available anymore. The issue regarding the size was also shared with your customer service executives but they said we can’t do anything and are sorry and also your refund is being initiated. Again, my order was showing cancelled without my permission. My question to you is, How can you cancel the order without my permission and when I’m asking you to deliver the correct product I’ve ordered then why can’t that be done????
Also, you have delivered the wrong product to me and now are easily running away from this situation and have harassed me to the level that i have lost all confidence in your services. You can check that I’m your elite customer and doing something like this to me is a very common thing at your end i suppose.
I once again request you to deliver the correct product at the earliest. Don’t cancel the order without my permission.
