I had ordered two product of IMARA wide order ID 1187187 [protected], Which both delivered on 31 Oct, but upon opening the package it found that
one product -Imara Blue Embroidered With MRP-3999 is not delivered
instead of that wrong product from UTSAV brand with L size and MRP-5999/-
was with the package
Had raised the complaint of return -which the return pick up personnel had visited to pick the same, but after seeing the UTSAV brand he said that he do not have approval to pick this.
So the return pick up not taken, further which had raised querry with app
and as suggested by Customer care uploaded the received product images also
Ticket - IN[protected].
After so many follow ups on the return, the issue closed by reverting that Myntra warehouse had shipped proper product and team confirmed sealed delivery.
But how come the product UTSAV which is also sold by Myntra received to US.
