I ordered a Royal Enfield Leather Jacket Large size from Myntra. The delivery person delivered the order on 21st January at around 3:30 pm. I didn't checked the item right away, since I trust Myntra that they will give me the right product for which I paid them. However, after 2 hours when I opened the package, I found a ladies cardigan jacket Monte Carlo, that was just Rs 1345. My jacket was Rs 8910. I don't know what went wrong, so I contacted the customer care the same day and asked for returning the wrong product. They told me that they have created an issue and it will get resolved by 27th January. Now, from 22nd January to 27th January 6 times pickup attempts were failed, even though I was available. Three times the delivery executive refused to pick up the item. And 3 times they didn't even call me to let me know that they are coming for pickup and I got the message that pick up failed, so they didn't even tried to pick up the item. In between all this, customer service informed me that my claim has been approved and the item will be picked up before 27th January, but today is 29th January and the item is still not picked up. Please collect the wrong product and refund my amount, that's all I need. This is so unfair and it has caused mental harassment.
