On July 20th, 2019 I ordered Samsung Level U Wireless Bluetooth Headphones from Myntra worth INR 2, 999. Delivered to +91 [protected]
The order was delivered on 23rd, July 2019 with some local wrong pair of headphones. At the time of purchase the product was mentioned "non-refundable".
They are selling products on False Context and delivering improper products. They do not have a proper complaint escalation method in place. No email address where a customer can post a complaint.
I would request a full refund of the product purchased.
