A wrong product was sent to me by Myntra and now the return is being denied.
I received the product on 8th April. There were 2 Blackberry Suits that were suppose to be delivered but I received only one and the other one was a Blackberry trouser.
As soon as I opened the package I call the delivery guy who then told me to raise a complaint with the customer care which I did.
The investigation took for around 5-6 days and the resolution I got today is that they (Myntra) cannot accept the return since the product I'm trying to return is a different one.
On the very first place, I received a WRONG product and that is what I'm trying to return.
I took few pictures of the product after unpacking the package.

The packer / shipper of the wrong product (Blackberry trouser) is the same as that of the correct product (Blackberry Suit).
