Myntra.com — wrong product received and no resolution of the problem

I had ordered a red embroidered sweater (Brand was chemistry edition)... The first picture is of the sweater that i ordered.

What i have received is a completely different sweater. Attaching the 2nd pic of the product that i have received. This is a wrong product that myntra has sent.

I have called... Written to them.. All they send me a request decline email... And like robots.. They tell me that concerned team has investigated but request declined...

Why would i keep a wrong product sent by myntra... Their mistake but they will not accept

I have given return the order on 2 ND Jan 2020 but it has not given my refund still after 10 days
They given me a bank reference number[protected].
I have to know that where's my refund
