I ordered a Blue Vero Moda dress from Myntra for XL size and received Pink dress from ONLY brand. But when I complained for the exchange of the product then there was an option for the reason of exchange and there I filled wrong product received. I filed this exchange request on 4th of June and till now the product is not exchanged. Everyday the delivery person comes and ask for exchange and whenever I show the wrong product they deny for the exchange. These exchange iterations have been done approximately 10 times when delivery person comes and deny for the exchange. I have also raised complaint two times by attaching the pictures of the wrong product on the Myntra customer care number via email but is not resolved till now. I'mm really fed up of these iterations and I'm not getting any solution.
