Myntra.com — wrong product received. recieved a top instead of track pant.

I ordered a charcoal grey track pant, order no.[protected]-9708501 . I got a vest ( top) of the same company having barcode and details of the product I ordered and inside the pack their was a vest . I couldn't place the exchange request of the order since it was not displayed on the app, only return request was allowed. I called the Myntra customer care and informed them about their mistake. They told me that they can't say for sure if I will get the refund or exchange in which they will send the original product. They told me after 72 hrs I will get the status. Yesterday I called them again after the delivery guy told me that it's possible to get the original product as the exchange instead of the wrong product. So, I called them again and they told me still there's 48 hours left and they can't say for sure if I'll get the exchange or refund. They also told me that I have chosen the bank account for the refund as I informed them that I haven't chosen that option. Today after 48 hours of the complaint the pick-up guy came to collect the order. This is simply unprofessional by the Myntra company. They make a mistake and they don't even care to rectify it by giving the exchange of the wrong product recieved instead of the right one which I ordered. And then they refund the amount to the Myntra wallet which is simply wrong as the order was COD type. This is simply harassment of the public by these e-commerce companies!
