So I ordered an Armani watch (AX5581) on Nov 2, 2022. Had such a high hope when it got delivered just 2 days later.
And the disappointment when I received a different product! Recieved AX5269.
I instantly initiated a return request and then filed a complaint of wrong product received on the Myntra Help Center. The pickup guy came within 2 hours and he called his senior asking for a solution, telling him that I received a different product. I also told him that the box which the watch was in, already had a cut and was open already and apparently the watch was just casually thrown in the box. He ultimately denied pickup and went away saying we don't have authorization to pick this up. I later got a message from Myntra that I wasn't available when picking up the order!
The next day, a different pickup guy came, same story!
So, finally today, (12/11/22), my claim was denied because of:
"We have further validated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:
1) Product went through the mandatory quality check
2) The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging
3) No instance of package tampering was reported"
Good thing I recorded a video when unboxing!
I have applied for reinvestigating the complaint today itself (12/11/22). Somehow I'm sensing I'll have to go legal on them.
