This is regarding order no[protected]-4193701. I have ordered a DECOREALM Robe with shorts in gray colour from Myntra. When I received the product there was no price tag on the product although tax invoice was there inside the myntra packet. The product was different in colour and design. I complained about the missing price tag to customer support when I opened the package and also I wanted to return the product. I have shared all the required images that they asked me to verify. After talking with the customer support for 10 days they declined the request to take return of the product. I paid Rs.3697 for the product. This is a case of harassing a customer when I’m a Myntra insider Elite customer. If this issue doesn’t solve as it seems like I’ll never shop again from Myntra.
