Myntra.com — wrong updates provided by delivery executive

I ordered 5 products on 5th aug '19, i have received only 3 products so far. It's been a week, i'm getting updates daily that the product will be delivered today but they don't deliver it instead they update the status saying i have rescheduled the delivery. One product doesn't fit so i requested a return, they haven't picked that up yet. I'm fed up with their service. I want to return all the products and get a refund at this point. Please help.

I have lodeged multiple complaints with Myntra's customer care but to no avail. I do not see any action taken to resolve the issue.
