This complaint is regarding :

As a regular customer of myntra. I trusted this company for providing me with best product, services and customer care. But, i am highly disappointed with the product and service they have provided me with my past order.
I ordered maserati - men analogue watch, worth approx rs. 20, 000/-.
My order was completely opposite to what is was mentioned on site.
1) i ordered watch with black strap but received it with blue strap.
2) the lock of the watch was different from that lock that is shown in the
Images on the myntra website.
3) the label printing on below of the dial was different from the images that
Are shown on the myntra website.
4) the condition of box and case speaks itself. The box was totally damaged
And torn up. Kindly, find the attached images for your reference.
I have called customer care support multiple times and they are deliberately rejecting my issue, with a reason saying "it was shipped to you with proper testing and hence we are rejecting your complaint". When asked to transfer call to their senior executive, they are keeping my call on hold for 30 minutes.
Kindly, help me out in replacing my order as i am frustrated now. Kindly, find the attached images.
