Myntra ( Vision Star ) — Philips Trimmer

On 17th March 2021, I ordered a Philips Trimmer of Rs 850. Then, I paid through my Debit card. After successful payment, I got a message. And my expected delivery was 22nd March, 2021. Then what happens on 20th, two days prior, I get a message informing me about the delivery of my product is today itself. Then, I what I receive is an improperly sealed packet, and a tampered box covered with yellowish lining material. Then, I opened the box, I got a slip, three combs, a brush, a charger, and there was no trimmer at all. When, I consult the customer care, they enquire and told me to wait till 24th March, 2021. So, today only on 23rd March, 2021, they say " We have resolved your issue, We love to hear yr feedback, and we found no mistake from our end. All packet was packed perfectly, sorry for the inconvenience caused " . So, I ask here to dear MYNTRA, am I lying, or I am behaving like I have got trimmer so that you looters could give me trimmer once again. Why should I be so much frustrated if I would got my trimmer opening that tampered box ? And the second the thing is that, the return policy was closed for this product, why so ? It means that you all intended to cheat me very earliest. Now, before 24th, if I am getting these types of messages then what should I do ? Should I file a case against the brand, is it possible for the people like us ? I am a student, I have to answer my dad ? Where is my money gone ? Why I wasted my Rs 850 Myntra ? Or where is my trimmer ? Why do you cheat and play with the emotions ?
