Myprotein — Money deducted but order not placed

I ordered whey protein from my protein website and then approved the money request through phone but on laptop.it showed transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account. What should i do i have also filled a complain to them but no response.i need my money or my order

Facing same issue. Did it get resolved? If so, pls guide through the process.
It's been over a month since i have logged the issue with the myprotein help team, but always getting bot like replies
