I ordered two packs of whey protein from the site. Both of them were available at the time when I ordered them. I was delivered only one pack. Then I reached Myprotein customer care for the delay. They said that the product was out of stock. I asked them to refund the amount ( As I need the whey protein immediately, and it was uncertain when the product would come back into stock ) and send the invoice for the rest order delivered. The amount gets refunded, and I have not received the order invoice yet. I also contacted customer care regarding the issue, and they said that will mail me the invoice, but still, I have not got the invoice from the company. I also send a mail regarding the same now. It has been nearly three weeks since I ordered the product. Why are they not sending the invoice with the product itself or along with the mail or putting a soft copy of the order on the site in my order profile? This is a very unprofessional and inefficient way. I am finally reaching the consumer complaint due to this long, time-consuming, and frustrating process. I request you to send me the invoice for the product which I need so I can get reimbursement of the amount ( as the protein was ordered for the sports team in my college) from the sports body of the collage.
