Myself — Uber driver not coming for pick up and mobile switch off.

I have been booking uber from dadar to mira road at 1 o clock on dated 29 jan 2022.
After confirmed driver not come for picked up and also switched off his mobile. He is rude, as we are waiting for home for an 1/2 hr,
Request you to took action against him.

We cancel trip and book another trip. Driver was so good within 5in reach to pick. Thank you such a driver.
