Myself — victim of fraud transaction through phone

I had become a victim of fraud transaction through phone, as i had shared my credit and debit card details on phone, and they have made the transaction through mobikwik on 06/06/2018
When i open the mobikwik account it shows user disabled
I have mailed the details to mobikwik and bank
But i am not able to contact mobikwik customer care
Please help me
